The use of soaps causes the mantle of the skin, which is naturally acidic, to become alkaline. Come on, that is altered, causing similar reactions in your skin.

How can you solve it? Very easy.

Dry your skin well when you get out of the shower. Then spray the whole body with a rose hydrosol O don't play to balance the pH of your skin and, as a final culmination, apply a highly nourishing oil.

Goodbye, scales and itches!

Think about it. What happens to the salad when you dress it with olive oil? Well, it is enriched and you benefit from the properties of fatty acids.

The same thing happens with your skin.

Thus, without having to do anything but rest. And, on top of that, free.

Tip nº 4: Take advantage of the benefits of aromatherapy

Little is said about spring asthenia, its permanent tiredness and lack of energy.

It sounds cliché, but it is a reality: There is no better beauty trick than feeling good.

Therefore, although not suitable for people with allergies, here is another tip that will make you look your best: go for a walk in the evening and enjoy the wonderful scent given off by the orange blossoms in April, the first roses, the jasmine and the lady of the night.

It's checked. The benefits of aromatherapy they have a very positive impact on our brain and by activating dopamine, also known as the hormone of pleasure.

Tip #5: Make a homemade papaya face mask

What why papaya? Well, because this fruit contains one of the most powerful enzymes known: papain.

Papain has the power to:

  • Make your skin look smooth, even and radiant by removing dead cells, even from the deepest layers.
  • Activate collagen naturally and improve firmness of your face.

And all this little by little, gently and without irritating your epidermis.

Unlike the better known alpha-hydroxy acids such as glycolic or salicylic, you can use papain even if you have sensitive skin or are pregnant.

Keep this recipe handy and if you can repeat the mixture and use it once a week for a month, all the better:

Ingredients

-2 tablespoons of mashed papaya

-1 tablespoon of yogurt (can be vegetable)

-1 tablespoon of cornmeal or white clay

Take some papaya and mash the fruit with a fork until you get a smooth paste.

Add a tablespoon of corn flour or white clay to thicken it and make it easier to apply.

If you also add yogurt, you will be providing extra vitamins and lactic acid to the mixture that favors luminosity.

Apply to the face, including the neck and décolletage, and leave it on for a maximum of 10 minutes.

Then, rinse with water and apply a toner and your usual serum on the skin.
