Possibly on some occasion you have experienced a similar situation: you have been looking forward to your long-awaited body massage session for more than two weeks and when you enter the cabin - you feel that despite the ventilation - the atmosphere is loaded with "I don't know what." "hard to explain.
It is like a leaden sensation in the air that affects the full experience of relaxation and well-being.
And it is not specifically a bad smell, but rather a kind of "aura" that is generated by the frequent passage of people.
This, which at first glance may seem like a holistic comment, is nothing more than the description of what we emanate with our own energy.
If plants carry out photosynthesis, humans carry out a fundamental process for our well-being: respiration.
Through this gesture we take in oxygen and release carbon dioxide, a vital exchange that keeps us alive.
Beyond this very necessary physiological function, we also carry out processes that influence our energy, such as reflection, creativity, problem solving and the ability to adapt, which we could compare in some way to the photosynthesis of plants.
Furthermore, it is more than proven that mood influences our entire body; Thoughts, emotions and experiences influence the energy we project towards others and therefore our environment, which sometimes, without being aware of it, we release it wherever we pass, as if it were a trail of perfume.
And the same thing happens to vegetation, when the space where they are found is saturated, their leaves wither.
Be careful, this is not about judging anyone, quite the opposite, because we all have the right to have a bad day, feel uneasy and/or anxious, and when this happens we look for moments of peace that give us back the desired balance.
Hence the blessed massages, psychology sessions, yoga and meditation.
It is about leaving aside the maelstrom and entering into a moment of calm and stillness .
For this reason, together with the experience of beauticians as well as performing treatments in the cabin, we decided to create a product that would free both us and our clients from that negative feeling that remains in the atmosphere after each beauty session with the passage of time. people.
To do this, we put into a list those sensations that make us feel well-being when we are saturated:
- The freshness that rain brings after a summer storm.
- Walk along the seashore and breathe its air.
- The pleasant aroma when inhaling the morning dew on a rose.
- Spring, and with it, the resurgence of orange blossoms.
- A restful nap.
- The remineralizing effect of a bath.
The complicated thing was going to be how to capture the essence of these moments, but our curious mind helped us find a way to bottle it.
As good alchemists, we investigate by observing in our nature the way to carry it out.
For this we made a mixture of rose and orange blossom hydrolate, hence the aroma of the fresh water of the flowers.
On the other hand, we add seawater , whose composition of trace elements ionizes the space when sprayed.
Ionization is what makes us feel good.
Its negative charge has beneficial effects on health, mainly due to its ability to purify the air and combat pollution.
- Mood improvement: It has been shown that negative ions can stimulate the release of serotonin in the brain, which can have a positive effect on mood and feelings of well-being.
- Increased energy: Exposure to negative ions has been associated with an increase in energy levels and a reduction in fatigue.
- Fights pollution: Negative ions can help neutralize and eliminate air pollutants, such as bacteria, viruses, fungi and unpleasant odors.
With all this, all that was left was to give it a touch of aromatherapy; flagship feature of the Nasei house.
We choose petitgrain essential oil, obtained from the leaves of the bitter orange tree through steam distillation.
Petitgrain, with its characteristic citrus aroma, is known for its properties of reducing anxiety and promoting relaxation, making it an ideal ally to combat daily stress.
Furthermore, its aroma evokes a feeling of joy associated with childhood. It is the most famous fragrance of cologne waters.
On the other hand, we add our beloved geranium essential oil.
It is said that this plant can relieve the symptoms of premenstrual syndrome (yes, hormones affect us a lot), improves mood especially on days of melancholy (typical of dark and gray days) and promotes a feeling of general well-being .
Once all these wonderful active ingredients were combined, we decided to accompany them with some rose quartz pearls, in order to enhance the ionizing effect.
We had managed to create the harmonizer of the atmosphere.
We recommend using it after ventilating a space, which can be your home, room, workplace... but also take it with you in your bag if you go to a meditation or yoga session, or even Pilates, and want to surround yourself with a healthy atmosphere. .
Its way of use is very simple:
1. Open the windows for five minutes.
If there are not them where you are, we recommend purchasing an air purification device with a filter.
2. Once ventilated, do several sprays with the harmonizer.
For small rooms three to four sprays are more than enough.
On the other hand, if it is larger, you can leave it to your choice until you have that comforting feeling.
There are psychologists, therapists and yoga teachers who have told us that they use the harmonizer in their rooms and that many people tell them that they perceive a pleasant aroma upon entering, where afterwards many manage to feel calm.
Celia always uses it in our treatment cabin before you lie down on the table and receive your long-awaited massage.
Nature has a lot to offer us and we want to continue learning and nourish ourselves from it (always with respect) to feel good.
