This commitment not only guarantees skin-friendly cosmetics but also respects the environment, aligning with our beliefs about sustainability.

Nasei is located in a privileged environment between Bizkaia and Cantabria.

Our workshop and office are located in the heart of nature, becoming the epicenter of our activities.

This location in the geography of the north represents the deep connection with the land and all the resources we use.

Our family tradition, which has several generations dedicated to the cultivation and care of the land, has instilled in us a deep respect for the work of farmers.

This philosophy guides every aspect of our work: from the selection of ingredients to the production processes we employ.

We firmly believe that by honoring this heritage and adopting a responsible approach, we can contribute to a more sustainable future.

We believe in the importance of local agriculture, as well as in the ancestral formulas that we have used for generations of collective and plural knowledge.

Therefore, More than 90% of our ingredients come from Spanish organic crops, where we find an incredibly wonderful botany.

This is only possible thanks to the dedication of the farmers with whom we have established partnerships, to whom we pay the price they truly deserve for their effort. 

The use of local ingredients makes it possible for us to have exhaustive traceability control of our raw materials, in addition to considerably reducing the carbon footprint of all our products.

Our commitment: sustainable containers and packaging

According to the National Institute of Statistics, Spain generates more than 137 million tons of waste, of which only 47 million are recycled.

Although this figure represents 40% of all waste generated, at Nasei we believe that there is still much work to be done by companies and individuals to protect the environment. 

We defend the foundation of the circular economy, which prioritizes the reuse and recycling of waste.

"Our effort and commitment has been to apply this sustainable principle to our packaging, from the bottling of our products to the material we use for shipping." 

Why do we minimize the use of plastics?

Some plastic boats are made up of different types of plastic, making their recycling impossible or very costly.

Other plastic derivatives, such as the cellophane shavings used to protect shipments, are also not recycled once they arrive at the waste management plant. 

We prefer to only opt for two materials that can be easily reusable and recyclable: cardboard and amber glass. 

Packaging

All our products, both cosmetics and the home line, are packaged in amber glass jars and bottles, which keep our products in optimal conditions while being recyclable indefinitely.

Only 10% of our packaging contains recyclable plastic (dispensers and caps). 

For labeling, we use paper, a biodegradable and compostable material.

The box in which we keep the soaps and shampoos is made solely of cardboard.

In changes, other products, such as the gua-sha, come with cotton fabric bags.

Packaging for shipments

Our packaging consists of a cardboard box and an inner paper to protect the cosmetics, both made from recycled paper. This way, we reduce the unnecessary cutting down of trees.

Both the box and the inner paper are recyclable and biodegradable. We do not include labels or printed brochures in plastic. 

"Although we pay great attention to detail, we cannot ensure that some couriers handle your shipment with the care it deserves. That is why we have reinforced our packages with an extra layer of internal protection. To do this, we use paper shavings and cover each bottle with a sheet of corrugated cardboard."

In this way, such a fragile order arrives in perfect condition with no plastic at all!
