The nuances are important.
That is why Úrsula is a floral stylist and not a florist.
The difference is in creativity and knowing the flowers very well.
Do you want to know who we are talking about?
Úrsula Sánchez is the person behind Nice Flowers, a beautiful floral studio located in Molins de Rey, in the Bajo Llobregat region.
There, in an open and bright space, is where he creates his floral designs for weddings, events and other private clients.
Also the place where we planted ourselves (and never better said) a few months ago to do a very special photo session.
What better place than surrounded by flowers?
You will find it in a kind of small house, on the first floor, behind the entrance to the vineyards, between painters, photographers and a ballet school.
It also designs decoration services for offices and shops.
Although what she is most passionate about is being able to merge her teaching side with her creative profile in her Workshops florales.
Aimed at adults and children, we can't think of a more beautiful way to share time than approaching the world of flowers.
This is where your bet goes.
"It fills me up a lot and I want to grow and enhance this educational part."
Because not so many years ago, Úrsula dedicated herself to teaching. Until the birth of his son Nico made him make a move.
"It was inside of me. I knew that one day I would dedicate myself to the floral world. In 2015 when I was a mother I realized that I needed a change of direction”, she explains.
And, after a stage working as Wedding Planner, traveled to England to train at the prestigious Londons Flowers School.
Brave, right?
Especially when this means turning your life upside down and leaving a stable job.
Actually, flowers were not something new to her.
Úrsula, what is your creative process like?
The truth is that I vibrate with flowers. Its shapes, its movements, its colors…
I never choose them by their name, but by their shape and texture.
For me it is vital to do a previous job to get to know the person doing the order well.
I care about knowing their tastes, what their day-to-day life is like and other details, to know how to transmit it with flowers.
What is the purpose of Nice Flowers?
The purpose of Nice Flowers is therapeutic.
Its beauty helps us train our eyes and learn to value and perceive small details.
How do you think flowers influence a person's well-being?
I am convinced of it.
If you've had a difficult day, arriving home and finding a bouquet of fresh flowers causes you to change your mood.
Do you have a favorite flower or plant? Because?
I am more of a flower than a plant.
Tulips are my favourites.
I find it exciting to watch when they open up, they go from something simple to a tropical flower. I love them.
I also really like Scabiosa. A very delicate flower that has a beautiful movement and changes any floral arrangement.
What meaning do flowers have for you?
Flowers give me peace, illusion, they allow me to have life and breathe nature daily.
They bring me serenity, peace, personal growth, each project is a new challenge.
There is no monotony, I do not let it enter. I try to make each job unique and special.
Which Flores del Norte product do you prefer?
The roll-on paz mental It came into my life like water in May.
After my second maternity and a few months of a lot of work, I needed calm. Since then I have always been close.
I carry it in my bag, I always have it at hand before going to sleep...
It is a smell that transmits tranquility and that takes me on a trip to places that bring me peace like Tuscany.
Do you have a mantra that you repeat often?
The world needs to surround itself with more natural beauty.
Thank you for reminding us and filling us with flowers, Úrsula.

With the rise of organic cosmetics and environmental awareness, we are increasingly looking for higher quality skin care products (¡Viva!). Even so, hair was until now the great forgotten, right?
We care about the care of the face and the body, but the hair beauty ritual has been limited for a long time to the use of shampoo, conditioner, fixatives and modifying its color based on chemical dyes so that we do not notice gray hair.
Conventional hair cosmetics are usually made with ingredients derived from the petrochemical industry. Many of them are controversial due to their harmful side effects not only for our body, but also for the planet. So we rectify It's not like we're using a dishwasher, it's much worse.
Have you ever noticed the amount of foam on the beaches near cities? Well, it has a lot to do with the use of these products.
But there is more. When shower water travels down the drain it can reach rivers or discharge areas and affect the fauna and flora of the area. That for not commenting on the amount of packaging that is discarded.
That's why At Nasei we bet on solid shampoo. With a plastic free packaging, a small size —which spreads the same or more than any other shampoo— and which minimizes the carbon footprint by being able to transport more units in the same shipment.
It also leaves your hair shiny and hydrated, but let's go back to the dishwasher. Why do we say that you are probably using it on your hair? To give you an idea, many detergent products are a mixture of Sodium Lauryl Sulfate and Ammonium Lauryl Sulfate, ingredients present in most conventional shampoos.
What is that about sulfates?
Shampoo usually contains sulfates as a lathering agent. Not all of them are bad, but you have to pay special attention to them, since not all of them are the same.
Sulfates are very effective at removing dirt, but some are very aggressive. Psychologically it gives us a feeling of cleanliness because they generate abundant foam, but at the same time they drag away the natural fat from the coat, leaving the scalp unprotected and sensitized.
What if we told you that the itching and flaking of your scalp are directly related to this? Are we wrong or is it likely that you yourself have suffered it on some occasion? Especially now with the cold.
There are more and more cases of irritation, dermatitis and dandruff and the solution can be as easy as changing the shampoo.
It is true that hair naturally has a hydrophobic surface that repels water and yet attracts lipids. Hence the need for a surfactant that removes the grease that has attached to the hair.
But of course, synthetic surfactants derived from petrochemicals are not the same —whose cost is very low— that the new formulations which, thank goodness, have begun to appear on the market.
The latter are of natural and vegetable origin, obtained from coconut, corn, sugar or beetroot, among others. They clean gently, are biodegradable and do not sensitize the skin or damage the hair fiber. They foam less, yes, but they don't have the side effects of aggressive sulfates and your hair will be just as clean, as well as healthy and cared for.
If your shampoo contains one or more of these names, we recommend avoiding it:
In addition to what we have told you, if it's colored or chemically treated, the sulfates will strip the dye color from your hair every time you wash it and dry it out even more, thus losing some of the shine of the dye and giving the color a "worn" feel.
As if that were not enough, they also cause hair loss, by damaging the hair bulb and weakening the root.
On the contrary, an ecological or organic shampoo will be formulated with mild surfactants. These are the Sulfates allowed in organic cosmetics:
Would you wash your hair with a dishwashing product? Well that.
P.S. If you still don't know our orange and carrot revitalizing solid shampoo and ours rosemary and thyme purifying shampoo We recommend that you take a look at them.
They are formulated as if they were a soap for the face. With hydrosols, vegetable and essential oils. Gentle with the finest hair, including children's and you don't know how they smell...
P.D.II If you decide to switch to organic shampoo, be it liquid or solid and of any brand, remember one important thing while you clean your hair: turn off the tap.
When you scrub, too. That we must have in common.

I have needed to talk about this curious story for a long time.
Because 12 years later, I still have THE phrase burned into my head.
I put you in situation.
Imagine that you are going to give a woman a leg-draining massage and before starting you offer her a body exfoliation.
I can tell you that this is recommended so that the rosemary, mint and grapefruit oil used in this type of massage is better absorbed and the results are more effective.
I'm curious to know your opinion on the subject.
Do you think that exfoliating your skin makes your skin go brown? Fact or myth?
Well, let's start at the beginning.
Exfoliation is the process that prevents dead cells from accumulating on the surface of your body.
Something like that How to do general cleaning at home or sand your skin, in a gentle version, to leave it new.
Your skin has several layers: hypodermis (the deepest), dermis and epidermis.
The latter is the only one you know because it is the most superficial and the one you can see and touch.
The epidermis has its own self-regeneration system, but for it to be truly effective it needs external help.
When cells are created inside your skin they are like little balls.
As they mature and fulfill their function, these cells rise to the surface (the epidermis).
And, although imperceptible to your human eye, they flatten until they become small scales similar to those of a fish.
This is how they pile up and form a kind of worn roof that gives your skin a dull, dry and brittle appearance that, sometimes, you are only aware of when comparing it with the after.
In addition, your epidermis also accumulates:
Simple.
He exfoliant It is the easiest and most pleasant remedy to solve this accumulation of dead cells that have already fulfilled their function and spoil the appearance of your skin.
If you don't exfoliate regularly, there's a chance that dirt will clog your pores.
When this happens you are paving the way for bacteria, pimples and other blemishes to appear.
Don't we really want that?
Beyond the aesthetic, exfoliating your skin is a matter of HEALTH. Remember that we are talking about the largest organ in your body.
Do you need more reasons to convince you that exfoliation is serious?
Here you have them. Body exfoliation helps you:
The equivalent of sleeping or doing nothing when you are very tired and need to reset body and mind.
When it comes to renewing your skin, exfoliation is the key.
Some last longer, others less.
Therefore, to help this process, our mission is to help you Get into the habit of using the body scrub every 2 or 3 weeks.
A couple of times a month, wow.
Keep in mind that if your skin is sensitive, cell production is slower, so we recommend that you extend the time between one exfoliation and the next.
Ideally, you should exfoliate at night, in the shower, so you avoid exposing yourself to sun damage and free radicals right afterward with sensitized skin.
Additionally, regeneration occurs while you sleep.
Better to join forces to double efficiency, don't you think?
Our recommendation is that Start by washing your body with the olive and lavender herbal soap that does not dry out the skin at all.
Then rub the scrub from your feet to your neckline in circles and upward for 2 or 3 minutes with little pressure.
The key is consistency, not force.
When ever it is a respectful exfoliant —ours contains only Mediterranean sea salt and vegetable oils rich in vitamin E—, you can use it on your armpits and on the outside of your private parts
Finally, rinse with water and dry your skin by patting it lightly with the towel.
None. Only benefits.
In addition to everything we have already told you, exfoliating the skin stimulates your muscles, gives you well-being and makes the rest of the cosmetic products effective.
I always use the same metaphor because I find it the most graphic.
Using cosmetics without having exfoliated your skin first is like painting over gotelé.
If you don't exfoliate your skin, you're not letting your cosmetics get where they need to go and their effectiveness is reduced by 50%.
No matter how good your intention is, it's a bit of a half-hearted thing.
Not only does it not go away, but it also makes it last longer and makes your skin look softer and more beautiful.
Your tan has to do with melanin pigmentation and exfoliation does not affect this at all.
So listen to us and don't skip this step again in the shower every 15 or 20 days.
If you are still not convinced or have any questions about the topic (or any other), write to us at hola@naseiorganic.com.
We are happy to share with you what we have learned about the skin during so many years of study and experience to help you also understand how it works and know what is the best care for you.

It's a normal Saturday after a very stressful week.
You feel tired, emotionally exhausted and the only thing you want to do is lie down on the couch.
However, you know well what you need. That's why you put on your sneakers, go to the forest and after 2 hours of walking you feel like new.
Did you know that what you just did has a name and that its benefits for your health are proven?
Intuition has been telling us this for a long time, but it is Eastern culture that already confirmed in 1982 the healing power of a forest immersion.
The anthropologist Yoshifumi Miyazaki, one of the pioneers in this movement, defends that "in everyday life, it is possible to achieve a feeling of well-being by synchronizing our rhythms with those of the environment."
He has been carrying out studies since 2004 with more than 600 people and his research shows that, compared to walks around the city, forest bathing reduces cortisol (known as the stress hormone) by 12.4% and by 1.4%. blood pressure.
In addition, contact with nature increases activity in areas of the brain linked to empathy and emotions.
The literal translation of Shinrin Yoku is 'absorb the atmosphere of the forest' and maintains that these walks improve the health, well-being and sense of happiness of those who take them.
In Japan, there are already more than two million people who practice this simple and effective therapeutic resource.
You don't need any invocation or ritual or tree hugging (but do it if you feel the desire).
Neither does traveling a certain distance nor making great physical effort and, although it may sound contradictory, it is not even essential to have a forest at hand.
Any open natural space is valid.
You only need to meet 3 requirements: leave the rush at home, put your five senses into what you are doing and enjoy the silence.
No external stimuli, no cell phone or conversations. Listening to the sounds, she pays attention to the sensations, aromas and textures of the plants.
Observing the shade of greens and browns, how the sun's rays filter through the trees and the simple changes that occur around you.
With this alone, you are already strengthening your immune system and reducing the effect of anxiety, stress and negative emotions.
You see, as simple as taking a walk in nature and breathing.
Of course, if you have the opportunity, just as in a yoga and meditation class (especially at the beginning) it is recommended to have a person guide the practice, it is also the best in this case.
They know the keys to getting the most out of the experience.
As for whether there is a set time or not, the truth is that there is not. Some studies argue that the effects can be noticed after 15 minutes.
To take full advantage of the benefits of Shinrin Yoku, At Nasei we have created a toning body oil with the aroma and active ingredients of elderberry, eucalyptus and cypress.
Comforts your skin and prevents dryness.
Thanks to the properties of:
Everything, seasoned with a touch of cinnamon. A powerful mixture that will help you reduce stress, release tension and take you to a deep state of relaxation.
For its application, use the same philosophy as baths: inhale calmly and take your time to massage the oil over the body.
Absorb the forest in every way. You will immediately notice how your skin and your well-being improve significantly.

Have you ever felt like a girl again when you breathed in the smell of a summer storm?
Who doesn't, right?
How many times have you traveled to the past when the smell of food from the family home where you grew up reached you?
It's not by chance. Smell has that great power.
That of being the sense with the longest memory, the one that best keeps the memories and the most emotional. The smells of the past rescue moods.
Smelling a fragrance linked to a place, a moment or a person is the most immediate way to travel back in time.
People have the ability to remember 35% of what we smell, 15% of what we taste, 2% of what we hear and only 1% of what we see.
How are you staying?
But there is more.
Although the nose is the entrance door, it is the brain that is in charge of activating and linking an emotion for each of the smells that you perceive.
What does this mean? Well, smells have a lot to do with how you feel and influence not only your mood, but also your way of seeing life and your daily motivation.
Knowing this information will be useful for you:
Now that you know all this, have you ever stopped to think to what extent the aromas that surround you influence your well-being?
These essential oils have a direct positive effect on mood:
There lavender and the espliego calm anxiety.
The citrus —orange, lemon, tangerine, grapefruit and bergamot—
lift the mood
There rosa and the geranium they raise self-esteem and help you feel good.
Even so, we recommend that you spend time connecting with yourself and with each of the scents and mixtures to find out which ones make you feel the best at each moment.
Do these simple practices daily.
It won't take you more than 15 minutes and the benefits in your concentration, your memory and your mood will more than compensate you:
Do it gently and slowly, for a maximum of 10 seconds and repeat 2 or 3 times with each scent. Take a 5-minute break between each of the aromas.
Better if it is in the morning, when the sense of smell is more awake.
EVOKE the smells, nuances and sensations that it causes you throughout the day.
Now that you know a little more about the subject, we would like to ask you that every time you use any of our products take a minute of your time to inhale its aromas.
They are not chosen at random and it is the best way for you to enjoy all its benefits.
Lee this article if you want to know more about northern flowers, our home line designed for your well-being.
Because as much as we like to apply cool beauty products with the heat, not all of them feel good in extreme cold.
So, fridge yes or fridge no? Well, as the great Pau Donés sang, IT DEPENDS.
What does it depend on? Of different factors that today we are going to explain to you so that you become an expert in the matter.
Important note: Even in those cases in which the cold favors the properties of our cosmetics, it is not necessary to spend money on one of those cosmetic coolers (unless you want to indulge yourself). The refrigerator in your kitchen does exactly the same function.
That being said, generally conventional cosmetics are NOT prepared for the cold.
The best thing you can do is keep your products in a cool place, in the shade, away from heating or air conditioning and at a temperature between 18 and 25 degrees.
As with all rules, there are exceptions. Cocoa and lip balms, eye contour, toners, body and anti-cellulite creams are perfectly compatible with the shelf of eggs and carrots.
Let's do our thing.
What about natural cosmetics and low temperatures? What Nasei products can you put in the fridge and which ones can't?
Well here things change. Since we do not use preservatives, most of the natural ingredients appreciate being cool in the fridge to prevent them from spoiling.
But ONLY those that contain an aqueous part in their composition.
What are the products that YES you can store in the fridge? In our case:
The coolness suits these products wonderfully. And not only, because the decongesting effect does a lot of good for your skin by improving its blood circulation, calming swelling and causing an immediate well-being effect.
Special mention for sensitive or sunburned skin, they will especially appreciate it.
Do you know those days in August when you come home after a day at the beach with red and burning skin? Well, holy hand a little bit of tonic fresh from the fridge.
On the opposite side, on the team of fridge NO, we have products with oil.
In Nasei these are:
Do you keep olive oil in the fridge? Well there you have the answer.
When coming into contact with the cold, the oils could crystallize and lose their properties.
Another product that you should never keep cold is makeup bases, because you run the risk of them being altered by humidity.
Here is what YES or YES you should do if you put your beauty products in the fridge: leave it there until finished.
If you don't, you'll be breaking the cold chain and the temperature fluctuations will affect the formula, which could prevent your skin from receiving its benefits. Record it on fire.

]]>The first thing you need to know is that The hair does not fall out, it regenerates.
On this basis, in principle, there is no reason to be scared when you find hair all over the house.
Nor when it falls out “by the handful” when you run your hand through your hair, no matter how annoying it is.
Especially in autumn.
Although you should keep in mind that hair does not fall out in one day, but rather it can stay stuck to the scalp and come off when you wash or comb it, causing the number to vary from day to day.
This is what we mean when we say that hair loss as such does not exist.
If not, what each of your hair does is complete its life cycle (just like people and the leaves on trees).
Of course, at your own pace.
So the same thing happens with relationships, which do not always coincide at the same vital moment.
Therefore, while some hair falls out, others begin to grow.
Each hair has its own rhythm and not all hair goes through the same phases at the same time.
You know those short hairs that you see shooting up when you look at yourself in the mirror against the light? They are new hairs that are coming out.
This is when it comes off and makes room for new hair.
These are the stages your hair goes through:
Anagen phase
It is the growth phase, when the follicle is healthy and the cells are at full capacity.
They accumulate at the roots of the scalp and push the hair outward, causing it to grow.
This cycle lasts between 2 and 7 years, at an average growth of 1 cm per month.
catagen phase
The moment in which the hair stops growing and begins to detach little by little from the root.
Cell activity begins to slow down.
Lasts between 2 and 3 weeks. This is when the dermis stops producing melanin and you notice that your hair becomes thicker.
Telogen phase
At this stage, the follicle is in a resting phase.
It is when your hair falls out and makes way for the entire cycle to begin again.
This phase lasts between 2 and 3 months.
This is the reason why people with long or voluminous hair lose more hair.
These are all fibers that have already completed their cycle.
Sunlight promotes growth. That's why in summer hair seems to be stronger and grows faster.
However, with the arrival of autumn and less exposure to the sun, production slows down.
Some theories argue that this has to do with our animal origin. And hair renewal in autumn is related to hibernation and the need to get a good coat for the cold season.
It is normal that in spring you see more small hairs than we were talking about before. They are those who fell in the fall that begin to be born again.
More than seeing hair everywhere, what is significant is that you start to notice bald spots.
If after a while you feel that the density of your hair is decreasing and that your scalp is lightening, it is time to go to the dermatologist.
Some factors that increase the fall:
Being a natural process, you cannot prevent your hair from regenerating.
What you can do is pamper it so that it grows healthy and strong and looks soft and shiny.
As?
Another effective trick is to hydrate your hair the same way you hydrate your skin: every day.
To do it you just have to heat a couple of drops of the hair serum rubbing your hands together and applying it.
By now you have surely realized that cutting the ends so that your hair grows longer is a false myth.
It will look healthier and more beautiful, yes, but the determining factor in growth is the root.

You have to see what it costs us to be aware that rest is not a whim! It's not just that it's bad, but quite the opposite.
Record it on fire.
Enjoying the tasty feeling of being on the loose and the "five more minutes" does not mean that you are a lazy person, and, in addition to tasting glorious, it increases your physical and mental resistance, reduces diabetes and regulates stress. Come on, it's not just a pleasure, but we're talking about health.
Rest affects the entire body, including the skin. Because yes, your skin also needs to rest.
Just as you go to sleep to recover energy for the next day, the body also takes advantage of these hours to regenerate. And with it your complexion.
If you are observant and you know yourself, you probably already know that a schedule routine, eating a light and nutritious dinner and respecting circadian rhythms benefit your skin.
Rhythms… what? Much simpler than it seems, it is about matching your activity and your rest to the cycles marked by light and darkness.
Your internal 24-hour cycle is determined by the shift change between the sun and the moon. As a human species, our organism has evolved to adapt to the rotation of the Earth.
That is, the Cardiac rhtyms they are the culprits that you have an internal biological clock that regulates the moments of sleep and eating, your hormone production and temperature.
It is this internal timer that asks you to rest when night falls and alerts you that it is time to get going in the morning.
The same goes for your skin. It is normal that at night he asks for thicker and creamier products such as oils and lighter textures to go out. And in the same way, you have to listen to your instincts.
Night is the time to feed your skin, because while you rest in a horizontal position, your skin is nourished. When everything is quiet, it is time to calmly absorb all the nightly beauty ritual.
Although there is a trend that defends the non-application of any product to let it breathe, experience tells us that it is not the skin that performs this function, but the respiratory system that performs it for the whole organism. The skin does not breathe, it regenerates.
Here the three layers of tissue come into play: epidermis, dermis and hypodermis. The latter supported by adipose and connective tissue, made up of a succession of cells that multiply during their useful life, creating what we call skin. And this happens largely while we sleep.
You just have to see the effects of a restful sleep. Dark circles disappear and your skin is brighter and firmer.
So we got down to work to take advantage of the rest and its benefits on your skin. We wanted to create something nourishing that would hold up to head-turning and pillow rubbing.
In this way our jasmine absolute night repair balm. Once again it was Celia, who is such a fan of vegetable butters for that, who was in charge of achieving the perfect texture after a long process in the laboratory and testing it on the skin of different women between 30 and 75 years old.
Without a doubt, the perfect product for those who find it difficult to find time to take care of themselves in their day to day. Have you tried it? We would love to hear your opinion.

“It is incredible how it resets me”, “all my sorrows in front of the sea go away” or “I just need to see the water”. Do these statements ring a bell?
The sea has magic. You know that it makes you happy, but you may not know that its benefits are not limited to one emotion. It's not up to you, it's science that confirms that 'ionization' is behind all the good that the sea does for you and that this place hooks you like no other.
Does it also happen to you that you have ended up accepting mental saturation, fatigue for no apparent reason and headaches and muscle aches as collateral damage of modern life? Well, don't kid yourself, feeling like this is not normal.
Behind that "I don't know what's wrong with me, but I'm not well" that, unfortunately, you know so well, there is an excess of positive ions. If you also live in a city, it is easy to be aggravated by pollution and noise and that all this will drain your internal battery.
And it is that the air is made up of atoms. At the center of each atom are protons, which are positively charged, and electrons, which are negatively charged. To be contrary, positive ions (protons) charge us with negative energy and vice versa.
To understand each other, if we were talking about a cops and robbers movie, the negatives would be the good ones and the positives the bad ones.
Each negative ion —also called anion— is an atom or group of atoms that have won the battle against one or more potrons, thus acquiring a negative electrical charge.
They are invisible. They have neither smell nor taste, and nature is the best place to find them. Natural physical phenomena such as rain, waterfalls and fountains are his favorites, but the seashore is undoubtedly his home.
You don't even see them, but through your skin and breath you absorb these microscopic molecules on a daily basis. This is how they reach your body and produce very interesting biochemical reactions for your emotional well-being.
They could well be compared to the effects of an anxiolytic. Only that it is totally natural and without side effects.
As if that were not enough, the sand is also negatively charged, which is why walking barefoot on the beach scores double. To give you an idea, on the coast the concentration is around 2,000 negative ions per cubic meter.
In a city it does not reach 100. And in a normal home without ventilation, only a few dozen. To add insult to injury, household appliances, mobile devices, synthetic rugs, and plastic materials increase positive ("bad") ions.
Now do you understand why getting away to nature makes you feel so good?
Different studies confirm that negative ionization increases serotonin levels, the neurotransmitter that helps the body manage stress and improves mood.
Well, the benefits of having the sea nearby do not end here. Negative ionization causes levels of the antioxidant enzyme superoxide dismutase to rise.
Do you know what effect this powerful natural antioxidant has? Well, it repairs the cells of your face, reduces the damage caused by free radicals in your skin and causes a 'good face' effect.
So not only do you feel better, but your skin is better. As if that were not enough, this enzyme favors the elimination of impurities from the air, responsible for respiratory problems such as allergies, bronchitis or asthma. Does anyone give more?
Yes. Having the sea nearby makes you breathe better, strengthens your immune system and makes it easier to sleep and rest.
What happens if you are not lucky enough to live near the sea or the possibility of enjoying it whenever you want? Quiet, a forest, the mountain or even a nearby park or garden are another option.
The key is to surround yourself with greenery and nature to fill you with vital energy, let creativity flow and you feel better about yourself thanks to the negative ions.
And remember to open the window of your home when it rains, especially after a storm. The rain also contains negative ions, so when the sky discharges, take advantage of opening the window to purify the environment and refresh it.
Having plants at home will also help you create an atmosphere of calm and well-being in your home.
