Face-to-face facial massage workshop

Discover in person the steps to optimize the care of your face and neck skin, guided by Lorena Aviñon, co-founder of Nasei.

Massage is an essential part of any beauty treatment, so learning to perform it on yourself will help you multiply the effects of the cosmetics you apply afterwards.

In this four-hour workshop, you will not only decongest, stimulate, and relieve the muscles of your face, but you will also learn to better understand your skin, surrounded by a pleasant environment among like-minded women who are part of the Nasei community.

10h Knowledge of facial anatomy.

Before having a massage, it is important to acquire basic knowledge to understand the facial muscles and get the most out of manual techniques.

11h Break.

A break to enjoy an organic tea and an aperitif consisting of seasonal fruits, sweets and homemade cakes (last year's candied orange one was a success).

11:30 a.m. Facial massage.

Guided step by step of the most effective manual techniques that you will also adapt to your facial needs.

1 PM Talk and Q&A.

Finally, a brief review to improve your skin routine and daily care.
