Returns

For reasons of hygiene and health safety, returns of any item are not allowed.

 

We inform you that by virtue of article 104.1.b of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, you will have a period of 14 calendar days to withdraw from your purchase from receipt of the product. Likewise, in this section we provide you with the document that you can use to exercise said withdrawal.

 

Withdrawal form

You only have to fill in and send this form if you want to withdraw from the contract:

NOTWITHSTANDING THE EXPOSED, from this store it is recalled that by virtue of article 103.e of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, no withdrawal will be allowed in the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable to be returned for reasons protection of health or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery. Consequently, in these cases Nasei will only accept returns:

Within the period established for this purpose by the Law (14 calendar days), the buyer exercises his right of resolution. Nasei flores del norte will accept the exercise of the aforementioned right, solely and exclusively when the merchandise was in the same state in which it was delivered and ready for sale, with its corresponding original packaging and in perfect condition, and having met the requirements established in the point that describes the delivery.

 

Other cases of return

1- If the merchandise is defective, according to the provisions of the Defective Products Law, Nasei Flores del Norte will immediately replace the product with another with identical conditions and benefits.

2- Nasei flores del norte will also proceed to return the amount of the merchandise when, for reasons not attributable (whether direct or indirect) to it, it is unable to serve it.

3- Nasei flores del norte will accept the return of the merchandise when, due to causes attributable to it, the requested product does not correspond to the one requested by the client.

In case of controversy or conflict that may arise from the interpretation or fulfillment of these Particular Conditions of Purchase, they will be resolved through the consumer arbitration system of the Basque Government.

 

Steps to follow for the return

Request your return via e-mail to shop@naseiorganic.com within a maximum period of 10 calendar days from the date you received the order from the courier.

Please let us know in said email the order number and the reason why you are returning the item.

 

Once your return request has been received, we will contact you to indicate the steps to follow in the return.

Then and always within 5 working days of your request, our courier company will pick up the item at the time you indicate. Transport costs will be paid by the customer, with a price of € 8.

Prepare the package to be collected in its original packaging, and make sure that the labels have not been torn off and the item has not been used or tampered with. The return must meet these conditions to be accepted.

Once the item has been received at our offices and thoroughly inspected, we will send you an e-mail informing you of the acceptance of the return.

From this date, We have 14 calendar days to refund the total amount of the purchase (including ordinary shipping costs) from the receipt of notification of termination of the contract (art. 107.1 of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users) for which it must prove that the returned products have been shipped within those 14 calendar days.

However, the consumer and user will bear the direct costs of returning the returned goods (art. 108 of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users).

The return costs will only be refunded to the consumer in the event that Nasei flores del norte S.C is responsible for the reason for returning the product.

The refund will be made through the payment method you used in the purchase.

If you do not comply with any of these conditions, we will contact you to offer you the option of returning items that have not been accepted. All expenses generated by this return, including the transport of these items, will be at your own expense. If you do not accept this option, Nasei flores del norte can keep the items and the amount thereof.
