At Nasei we always recommend making your purchases in advance, first so that they arrive on time, and second and no less important, so as not to run out of stock of the product that you have in mind as a gift.

That is why we have created this section where you will find all the information related to Christmas shopping:

Remember the deadline so it arrives on time

The deadline for receiving orders so that they arrive in time for Reyes is the Friday, December 29. 

For purchases after this date we cannot ensure delivery and we are exempt from any delay in delivery.

It must be taken into account that this time of year and due to the increase in online orders, transport companies have been overwhelmed. In this case we work with Correos and it is the same postman who distributes orders on foot, so his route work is even more expensive.

Let someone be found at the indicated address

It is also important that there is someone trustworthy at the indicated address who can pick up the order.

Once the order leaves our warehouse we are exempt from all responsibility for delivery. If you want to collect your package at a nearby Post Office, indicate the address in special order notes in the cart section. 

Christmas orders meet the same Send conditions that we have throughout the year. 

Wrapping and packaging

All packages will have a Christmas aesthetic with a cypress branch and a postcard designed for the occasion.

If the entire contents of the package are a gift for a single person, it will contain all the selected products correctly placed in the same box. 

On the other hand, if there are several gifts for different people in the same order, we can save the chosen products in a kraft envelope with a cypress twig, and even name the envelope (indicate it in special order notes in the cart section). Shipping will be made in a single box to a single address.
